Adjudication
Judgment or decision of a Court or tribunal
Judicial determination (judgment) that a juvenile is responsible for the delinquency or status offense that is charged in a petition or other charging document.
Adjudication is the court process that determines (judges) if the juvenile committed the act for which he or she is charged. The term âadjudicatedâ is analogous to âconvictedâ and indicates that the court concluded the juvenile committed the act.
