Permanency plan
A proposal by the juvenile justice system and other youth-serving agencies to establish a permanent placement for youth in foster care. The goal of the permanency plan is to expeditiously secure a safe, permanent placement for every child in foster care, either by making it possible for children to return to their own families or by finding safe adoptive homes for them.
